Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

We would very much like to wish each and every Fox Ambassador, the happiest of times this festive season, and all the very best for the New Year ahead.

The year has seen many new and exciting things, including an updated look for The Merchant Fox and the launch of Fox Brothers' new cloth website. In addition to this, we've also seen an array of new accessories, garments, interiors, and bath & body products. However, it is Fox Ambassadors like you that make the year a memorable one for us all. 

Keep your eyes peeled for what's to come, as we have another extraordinary year in store!  

Delivery Times

We aim to send out deliveries as quickly as possible. However, if your item/s are intended as a Christmas gift, we highly recommend any order is placed as early as possible. This will help avoid any disappointment, in the run up to the busy festive period.

Therefore, any Christmas orders will need to be received in plenty time, to be dispatched by close of the play on the following dates:-

UK: Thursday 21st December 2023

EU: Friday 15th December 2023

ROW: Friday 8th December 2023

Operational Hours

We would like to kindly remind our customers, that whilst The Merchant Fox will be closed from Friday 22nd December 2023 until Tuesday 2nd January 2024, The Merchant Fox website will still be active during this time.

Our phone lines shall be closed throughout the festive season. However, you are more than welcome to send us an email: enquiries@themerchantfox.co.uk for any urgent enquiries, and a member of The Merchant Fox team will get back to you as soon as we can. Our operational hours and phones lines shall reopen as normal from Tuesday 2nd January 2024. This gives our hard-working team a well-earned break, to spend time with their family, friends, and loved ones.

Therefore, any orders placed whilst we are closed will be carefully packed and despatched on the week we reopen.
